Expected results:
Either fix the link (provide proxy release notes) or remove the link.

Since there're no RHN Satellite Proxy Release Notes since Satellite 4.x, I removed the link.

Note, that when cherry-picking to satellite, a docs.proxy_release_notes configuration shall be removed from satellite-branding.

This issue is resolved with the release of RHN Satellite 5.5. 

As of September 20th 2012, RHN Satellite 5.5 has been generally available.
