Thanks for the bug report.

Is there anything in particular that you did before the crash? 
I can't reproduce this.

It happens reproducibly immediately after starting gst-inspector. The window remains open and responsive but there are only 4 gsreamer elements listed (giosink, giosrc, giostreamsink, giostreamsrc) so it's probably related to building the list. The named elements are the very first 4 when running gst-inspect, the next one being "equalizer:  banshee-equalizer: 10 Band Equalizer".

Installed banshee for a test, but it didn't trigger the crash.
Please attach the whole gst-inspect output
