Description jordan 2011-05-30 18:10:55 UTC
Description of problem:
The horizontal white-text-on-orange-background "NEWS" section on the Fedora project's main page is not rendered on Chromium. This makes it difficult for Chromium users to find Fedora 15's release notes.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Tested with Chromium versions 11.0.696.71 and 11.0.696.68

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load http://fedoraproject.org/ in a chromium browser
2. Try to find the F15 release notes from the main page
3.

Actual results:
The "NEWS" bar is rendered as white-on-white text that can't be seen unless you highlight the area. The img tags are visible, but seem to just float there in space and are easy to miss.

Expected results:
fedoraproject.org should be as accessible to Chromium users as it is to Firefox users.
