Can you reproduce it with a different spreadsheet? If not, could you attach your spreadsheet here?

Comment 6 Emiliano Guevara 2011-06-01 20:12:56 UTC
Sorry i cant, its a spreadsheet containing high sensitive information, but it happen to other large calc sheets as well, i usually work with 4 to 6 sheets open across 4 workspaces, and also i leave evolution open so i can receive emails....

Comment 7 Emiliano Guevara 2011-06-01 20:14:39 UTC
i wish know how to use strace to input some more info here...

Comment 8 David Tardon 2011-06-02 10:13:37 UTC
It could help to get output from valgrind. Install valgrind, openoffice.org-debuginfo and openoffice.org-testtools, run

LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib64/openoffice.org/ure/lib/libsalalloc_malloc.so valgrind --num-callers=32 --track-origins=yes --log-file=calc.log /usr/lib64/openoffice.org3/program/scalc.bin

and attach calc.log here.
