Description of problem:

When trying to install an errata that is not applicable to the system, the error message is confusing.



[root@preethi ~]# pulp-admin errata install  -e FEDORA-2011-0439 --consumerid=preethi
Error:Errata preethi you requested is not applicable for your system

Fixed for both consumer and consumergroup errata install.
