when I create a new topic, I am returned to a search filter. 

Can we add a line at the top of the search filter that says:

Topic [Topic.ID]: "[Topic.title]" created.

And can we make that hyperlinked to the Topic, so that I can edit it if I need to.

The Save and List Topics button will return a list of all new topics created, with the ability to then further edit them.
