Ensure string value for httplib.putheaders() function

I have just reported a problem happening in my machine (Fedora 14, Python2.7) at pywbem issue tracker on sourceforge. (https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3310248&group_id=133883&atid=728404).

Basically, pywbem does not work at all with python 2.7, triggering an Exception in httplib.putheaders function:

Patch to fix this issue is attached. It would be nice to have pywbem package updated on the repositories as soon as the issue is fixed upstream. Even better if it is possible to release an update for the package including this patch.

This message is a notice that Fedora 14 is now at end of life. Fedora 
has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 14. It is 
Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no 
longer maintained.  At this time, all open bugs with a Fedora 'version'
of '14' have been closed as WONTFIX.

plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, feel free to reopen 
this bug and simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version.

more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes
