Description of problem:

http://docs.redhat.com/docs/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/6/html/V2V_Guide/chap-V2V_Guide-Introducing_V2v.html

Section detailing the installation of the pre-reqs for virt-v2v is not detailed enough.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Current.

Additional info:

This section really needs to point the user in the direction of the actual channels holding the pre-req windows packages.

libguestfs-winsupport is provided by RHEL V2VWIN [1]
virtio-win is supplied by RHEL Server Supplementary [2]

Comment 2 Tim Hildred 2011-06-17 04:22:59 UTC
Is RHEL Server Supplementary channel actually called:

Red Hat Supplementary Server 6

What is the actual full name of the RHEL V2WIN channel? The closest thing I can find using the RHEL filter is:

Red Hat V2V Tools Server 6

Are those correct?

Comment 5 Tim Hildred 2011-06-23 05:49:44 UTC
I updated the pre-reqs section to include the channels in which libguestfs-winsupport and virtio-win can be found, as well as the commands required to subscribe to those channels given the user has the required permissions to do so.
