An enhancement has been made in v7 1.4 that in v7 verification step, if no error is found, the test will continue without prompting user to input.

Description of problem:
v7 has added a test verification step that confirms that the tests that have been requested to run are properly configured. I can see why we would want this to halt test runs if tests are improperly configured, but we shouldn't make people agree to run the tests if the verification passes. Otherwise it's akin to asking "I know you just told me to run CORE and I can run CORE but do you really want to run CORE?". The answer is "of course I do, that's why I typed it"

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. v7 plan
2. v7 run --test=$TESTNAME
3. Wait for verification prompt
  
Actual results:
Required to confirm that what you requested is really what you requested

Expected results:
Just run the tests I requested if there are no errors in the verification step.
