Fixed bug (missing space) in previous patch.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.2.8-1.fc16 How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. yum install nsd 2. configure nsd 3. service nsd start Actual results: startup fails because there is no piddir Expected results: successful startup
