when I create a new topic, I am returned to a search filter. 

Can we add a line at the top of the search filter that says:

Topic [Topic.ID]: "[Topic.title]" edited.

And can we make that hyperlinked to the Topic, so that I can edit it if I need
to.

This is fixed with the "Update and List Topic" button.
