Description of problem:
Though USB 3.0 hub is displayed in device manager, I get the following error message from syslogd when I plug something to USB 3.0 port: kernel:[ 1579.935278] do_IRQ: 0.136 No irq handler for vector (irq -1).

If you're still seeing this with the 3.3 or 3.4 kernel in F16/F17, please open a new bug.  F15 is going EOL in less than a month and 2.6.38 is very old at this point.
