How to reproduce
-----
1. Starting Evolution for the first time and setting up an Exchange MAPI connection to an existing Exchange account
2. Clicking on "Authenticate" brings up a list of Exchange users to pick from
3. User list is not resizable and I can't se alle users on the list. Picking my name on the list and clicking next results in a crash
