Description of problem:

1. import an ami
2. check the template for the ami has been created
3. delete the template
4. import the same ami number as in step 1

Error...
Could not import image: Validation failed: Name has already been taken

Expected Results.
1. import an ami
2. check the template for the ami has been created
3. delete the template
4. import the same ami number as in step 1
5. import creates a template successfully.
