Satellite Configuration files

Description of problem:
Unable to sync the Red hat server channels in the satellite server machine

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. run the command satellite-sync --list-channels

Actual results:
i got the following error message:
there was a problem synchronizing the information
Error message :(-2, 'Name or service not known')

Expected results:
Need to display the available channels in the red hat network

Additional info:
I also attached the satellite-debug.tar.bz2 file for your reference  from the command "satellite-debug"(without double quotes).
Also attached my rhn.conf file. please suggest the solution to overcome this problem.Also guide me if anything needs to changes in rhn.conf file.

from rhn.conf:
disconnected=1

you have to activate satellite first, by using rhn-satellite-activate.

Please use mailing list for problems which are not bugs.
