0.9901 is in rawhide. Really do wish perl folks would sanely version things.

I consider renumbering all Perl versions from fractional to version-object strings in Fedora to solve this problem. But it would require consensus in whole perl-sig because all requires/provides (and their rpmbuild generator) must be converted at the same time.
