Description Petr Sklenar 2011-06-07 13:58:48 UTC
Description of problem:
cannot rebuild subversion in a smooth way

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
subversion from rhel6.1

How reproducible:
deterministic

Steps to Reproduce:
0. try on i386 arch:
1. rpmbuild --rebuild --define "dist .el6_1" --define '_topdir /usr/src/redhat' subversion-1.6.11-2.el6_1.4.src.rpm
2.
3.

Actual results:
there are issues like:

/bin/sh /usr/src/redhat/BUILD/subversion-1.6.11/libtool --tag=CC --silent --mode=compile none -DLINUX=2 -D_REENTRANT -D_GNU_SOURCE -DQT_SHARED -I/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/subversion-1.6.11/subversion/bindings/swig/ruby/libsvn_swig_ruby -prefer-pic -c -o subversion/bindings/swig/ruby/svn_client.lo subversion/bindings/swig/ruby/svn_client.c
/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/subversion-1.6.11/libtool: line 984: none: command not found
make: *** [subversion/bindings/swig/ruby/svn_client.lo] Error 1
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.7KabKD (%build)

Expected results:
I can built subversion on i686 or any other platform with biarch packages installed, or with more kde\* packages set installed

if its not a real bug - kbase article "how to rebuild subversion" can solve it

Additional info:
there is workaround to uninstall some of the kdelibs3-devel packages

Comment 1 Joe Orton 2011-06-07 14:43:25 UTC
There is a reference to kdelibs3 - is this a dupe of bug 681901? I'm unclear about what cases you are reporting to fail here.

yes it is, I am sorry. I didn't search existing bugs well
