Description of problem:

This bug was found during verification of Bug 689907.

Package qpid-cpp-debuginfo-0.10-5.el6 is not multilib save. It is not able to install both the packages (x86_64 and i386) on 64-bit system.

This means that the files mentioned in Additional info are installed in the same place for both i386 and x86_64 and the file contents differ.

NOTE: qpid-cpp-mrg-debuginfo package on RHEL5 do not suffer from that, but there is another problem, the installation procedure seems to be wrong: 

When installing qpid-cpp-mrg-debuginfo.x86_64 on a 64-bit system with package qpid-cpp-mrg-debuginfo.i386 installed, the already installed files are replaced with the files from qpid-cpp-mrg-debuginfo.x86_64. Removing the qpid-cpp-mrg-debuginfo.x86_64 package after both the packages are installed results in removing the installed files. This means that rpm shows that qpid-cpp-mrg-debuginfo.i386 is installed even if the files are gone.

This is apparently not correct and shall be handled as well.
