Description of problem:
libqb needs to be updated as there are a number of projects
- https://github.com/fabbione/kronosnet
- https://github.com/pacemaker-cloud/pacemaker-cloud

needing the logging API released in version 0.5.0

The other API is not changed, so no API issues.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Currently 0.4.1 is available.

libqb-0.5.0-1.fc15 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 15.

* was pushed to the Fedora 15 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.

libqb-0.5.0-1.fc15 has been pushed to the Fedora 15 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
