Description of problem:
Using /me in a query window causes the action to send to yourself, not the
person you're chatting with.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1./query <someone other than self>
2./me tests this bug.

	

Actual Results:  Sends /me action to self.

Expected Results:  Should send /me action to the person who is in the active
query window.

Thanks for the report, and pointer to the patch.  Applied to
xchat-1.8.10-3 in rawhide.
