Description of problem:

My hardware is HD2600 , and OS is fedora 15. The desktop is gnome3. When I drag mouse to left top of the screen ,the screen flashs. After I click the icon of task bar, things go terrible, all the icons are not shown normally .

You are using a 3rd party closed source, non-free driver, which is not in fedora's repositories.
As we don't have the source code for this driver, we can't fix your problem. Closing.

I'd suggest you'll use the free driver which is default in fedora.
