Now proper error message is displayed when non-root user starts certmonger service.
[root@dhcp201-118 ~]# su - testuser
[testuser@dhcp201-118 ~]$ /sbin/service certmonger start
Starting certmonger: Error connecting to D-Bus.
Insufficient access. Please retry operation as root.
[FAILED]
[testuser@dhcp201-118 ~]$

[test@ks ~]$ service certmonger start Starting certmonger: Error connecting to D-Bus. [FAILED] Expected results: A proper error message should be displayed.
