Description of problem:
set guest memory have an issue

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
virt-manager-0.6.1-14.el5

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install a guest via virt-manager
2.shutdown guest
3.click guest in virt-manager, and switch to Hardware
4.click memory in left panel
5.set current memory 1024,max memory 1024,and apply
5:set current memory to 512, then set current mem to 2048, click apply
  
Actual results:
the current memory change to 512

Expected results:
the current memory change to real current memory 1024
