When rpm-sign is not installed, rpm --addsign gives "No such file or directory" and implies that the rpm you're trying to sign isn't there. The error message is terrible and misleading.

sxjrs@sxjrs-3 mR3054 $  rpm   --addsign  /tmp/mR3054/powerbroker-6.2.1-1.i386.rpm
rpm: /tmp/mR3054/powerbroker-6.2.1-1.i386.rpm: No such file or directory
sxjrs@sxjrs-3 mR3054 $  ls -l /tmp/mR3054/powerbroker-6.2.1-1.i386.rpm
-rw-r--r--. 1 sxjrs sxjrs 2614627 Jun 10 11:28 /tmp/mR3054/powerbroker-6.2.1-1.i386.rpm

Once rpm-sign is installed, it works as expected.
