Description of problem:
The new UI uses a drop-down to show the available providers when adding a new provider account (the old UI did as well, but that's not germane to this discussion).  When using the default ec2-us-east-1 account, everything is fine; I can add in all of my account credentials, and the account gets added.  However, if I try to choose another provider (say, mock), an error gets thrown:

The record you tried to access does not exist, it may have been deleted

And I can't finish adding the account.
