Description of problem:
This can cause issues when rebooting w/ a valid cluster.conf.

[root@taft-02 ~]# chkconfig --list cman
cman            0:off   1:off   2:off   3:off   4:off   5:off   6:off
[root@taft-02 ~]# chkconfig --list cmirror
cmirror         0:off   1:off   2:off   3:on    4:on    5:on    6:off
[root@taft-02 ~]# chkconfig --list clvmd
clvmd           0:off   1:off   2:off   3:off   4:off   5:off   6:off

Fix verified in the latest rpms.
