Description of Problem:
With redhat-config-services-0.8.1-9, the descriptions of the services have
really poor word breaks depending on the width of the window.  By default for
wu-ftpd, for example, we have:

Many of the other descriptions have similar problems.

Fix to do word wrap rather than character wrap.  Fixed in  0.8.1-10

Fix confirmed with redhat-config-services-0.8.1-10
