If I don't have a pager available, I am unable to get tty output without specifying --no-pager, or doing something horrible like piping through cat. Sorry, but this is inconsistent, and simply bad form.

OK, that is a bug. Though unlikely to be seen in practice, because a Fedora system cannot boot without having util-linux (and thus /bin/more) installed.

downgrading to RFE, since we do not support pager-less installations on Fedora.
