Feature Description: Update sfcb package to 1.3.11, update sister package sfcc to 2.2.2 Business Case: New SFCB version contains needed changes for SLP memory usage, and improved provider unloading support. New SFCC version fixes memory leaks and standards-compliance issues. SFCB release available here: https://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/sblim/sblim-sfcb/1.3%20branch%20%28stable%29/1.3.11/sblim-sfcb-1.3.11.tar.bz2?r=&ts=1305835334&use_mirror=voxel SFCC release available here: https://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/sblim/sblim-sfcc/2.2.2/sblim-sfcc-2.2.2.tar.bz2?r=&ts=1305835379&use_mirror=voxel This enhancement request was evaluated by the full Red Hat Enterprise Linux team for inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux minor release. As a result of this evaluation, Red Hat has tentatively approved inclusion of this feature in the next Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update minor release. While it is a goal to include this enhancement in the next minor release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, the enhancement is not yet committed for inclusion in the next minor release pending the next phase of actual code integration and successful Red Hat and partner testing.
