Description of problem:
The JON 2.4.1 Installation guide didn't have any information on how to install plugins.  Would be useful if this was described in the JON 3.0 installation guide.  The RHQ 4.0 documentation has that info here:  http://www.rhq-project.org/display/JOPR2/Adding+and+Updating+Agent+Plugins.

The README.txt in each of the Plugin zips also had this information, but it was hard to find.

Bulk closing of BZs that have no target version set, but which are ON_QA for more than a year and thus are in production for a long time.
