Note from Chris: This appears to be in the matching code prior to hitting condor to start the instance. bugs are moved to on_qa when the fix is in a repository. Dont see a git hash.. or comments from dev.. FAILS_QA The fix has was pushed to testing repo around about 19-06-11. This has been tested by Myself and Tomas and have both confirmed that the original error is now fixed.
