Description of problem: the instructions for adding a custom file type (mimetype) to Nautilus as described on this webpage, http://www.linuxselfhelp.com/gnome/users-guide/file.html (see attachment 1 [details]), state to "Choose File Types and Programs in the GNOME Control Center's left-hand column."  There is no such link when I open control center on my Fedora-14 OS.  (see attachment 2 [details]).  

In addition, I have seen a "File" icon on other Nautilus distros.  So how and who is determining what GNOME control center features are accessble?

Additional info: I logged in with an account that has "root" privileges and there was still no "file types" displayed in the control center

This message is a notice that Fedora 15 is now at end of life. Fedora
has stopped maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 15. It is
Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no
longer maintained. At this time, all open bugs with a Fedora 'version'
of '15' have been closed as WONTFIX.
