Description of problem:

Cannot initialize Emulex OneConnect 10Gb NIC (be3) (rev 01)
This device works with be2net driver in 2.6.38.8-32.fc15

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

2.6.39.1

How reproducible:

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Boot with new 2.6.39.1 kernel

Expected results:
Ethernet up and running.
