Description of problem:
Due to fix of CVE-2010-0541, the package FTBFS with following error: 

1)
'Rack::Test::Session#last_response returns the most recent response' FAILED
expected: "text/html",
     got: "text/html;charset=utf-8" (using ==)
./spec/rack/test_spec.rb:318:

which is false positive. I presume that this error is fixed in newer releases, although I did not tested it.

Works in F17 and Rawhide.
