Reproduce:
1. Install RHEL and go to first boot page or run # firstboot --reconfig on a terminal.
2. Select RHN Classic Mode and next.
3. Input the incorrect login name or password in Red Hat Login page and next.

Firstboot GUI View Update Facts Error Message
Update Facts produces unreadable messages in Firstboot GUI.
Most all of the untranslated screenshots attached are corrected in subscription-manager-firstboot-0.98.8-1.el5 More specific failures will/have been opened under separate bugs. Moving to VERIFIED
