Chapter 2.4 gives an example of a filter for lvm.conf. If the filter is applied on RHEL 6.1, lvm complains about duplicate PVs. This is due to the addition of /dev/block

Current example:
filter = [ "r/disk/", "r/sd.*/", "a/.*/" ]

Should be:
filter = [ "r/block/", "r/disk/", "r/sd.*/", "a/.*/" ]

I have fixed this in my current draft copy and checked this into the svn repository. When I next build the document I will move this bug to ON_QA.
