Description of problem:

virt-p2v-image-builder fails citing rubygem-virt-p2v, even though rubygem-virt-p2v is installed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.yum install virt-p2v-image-builder
2.yum install rubygem-virt-p2v
3.bash virt-p2v-image-builder 
  
Actual results:

Error creating Live CD : Failed to find package 'rubygem-virt-p2v' : No package(s) available to install

Live cd created...

virt-p2v-image-builder needs rubygem-virt-p2v to be available in the repo, not the host.
