Description of problem:
Currently the only way to install a fresh version of RHEVH is to uninstall the previous version.  This can only be done (currently) by booting with the uninstall and storage_init parameters.  

We should provide a method for the user to uninstall manually through the gui

One possible approach:

Have a menu option that will configure grub to specify uninstall and storage_init params correctly, and auto-reboot
