Description of problem:  RHQ does not load IE8 on WIndows.  Can't login.  Works fine from FF/Linux.

Same behavior on  firefox is 3.0.19..on windows 2003

(works on FF 3.6.3 on windows 7)

closing as not a bug.  

explanation:  the RHQ hudson jobs were re-organized, and the impact of this re-organization was not fully understood by myself.  the master build was improved to build quicker, and part of the build time improvement came from not building the IE specific version of smartGWT.  this BZ was observed and logged based on this build, which is, by design, not usable by IE.
