recreate:
1. set a quota of 2 in the default pool
2. start two deployments or three
3. Look for the pool pages detailed, or pretty to list the quota or its enforcement

Jan is that hash from the conductor git repo?

Wes -- sorry, I moved this to ON_QA with no explanation. Yes, that hash is from the git repo, but RPMs have been built and pushed to the staging/test repos from it.

Pool quotas enforced in new UI.

Added a quota of 2 in default pool and started 2 deployments in default pool.
Pool quota got updated.

Screen shot attached.

When tried to launched the third deployment,"Pool quota reached" message is displayed.
