This was a problem with the Cobbler import of that distro (RHEL4-U9_nfs-WS-x86_64). Specifically, it was missing the tree_repos kickstart variable, which meant there were no distro yum repos configured when beah was installed.

This particular distro has been fixed now. On further investigation it looks like a number of other distros (including most of the RHEL4-U9 distros) are also affected. We are working to fix these other problematic distros, and to find the root cause.
