Description of problem:
Sometimes(2-5x per hour) when the external monitor is connected monitors(external and laptop screen) start to flicker and:

1. external monitor is turned off and desktop is only on the laptop after approximately 10-20 s the external monitor is turned on again.
2. both screens blink few times and everything is ok.
3. both screens blink few times and gnome 3 is frozen.

Why is there only truncated logs attached?  Can I get full logs please.

Also, how is the external display connected?  I see mention of DP-1, so my guess is DP->DVI adaptor?

It's connected over the docking station.
