This was a long standing issue in CFQ in fedora as well as rhel6. Now fix has been committed in linus's tree. backport it.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion
in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release. Product Management has 
requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed 
products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update release.

After running syscall fuzzers numerous times and other testing, we have not been able to reproduce this bug in any recent 6.2 kernel, additionally it's been confirmed that the patch needed to fix this is present in the -201 kernel.
