Happens during startup. Stalls at that screen. (When I press esc early in the process. If I don't hit esc early enough, the fedora logo goes away but I'm leftat a blue screen)

Kernel 3.0-0.rc3.git5.1.fc16.x86_64

Comment 3 Josef Bacik 2011-06-27 14:28:35 UTC
Do you have an older kernel installed that you can boot into so you can build debug kernels? If not I can tell you how to fix this from rescue mode.

Comment 4 Greg Martyn 2011-07-03 21:46:00 UTC
My older kernels also now segfault when booting. I have a fedora live CD that I can boot from if that helps.

Comment 5 Josef Bacik 2011-07-05 13:13:07 UTC
You are going to want to clone the btrfs-progs-unstable git tree

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/mason/btrfs-progs-unstable.git

build it and run

btrfs-zero-log /your/device

and you should be good to go.

Comment 6 Greg Martyn 2011-07-06 02:51:30 UTC
Thanks! That fixed it. Is there any more info I can provide that would be useful?

Comment 7 Fedora End Of Life 2013-04-03 19:48:12 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle.
Changing version to '19'.

(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 19 development
cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 19 End Of Life. Thank you.)
