Description of problem:
The "-a" option of semodule_expand is not documented in the man page

Steps to Reproduce:
1. semodule_expand --help gives list of all available options
2. man semodule_expand also gives a list of the available options, except "-a"
3.
  
Actual results:
Only "-c" and "-V" switches are explained in the man page.

Expected results:
"-a" to be included in the man page as well.
