Description of problem:
Atpy relies on pyfits, but the in the fedora repository, it does not.

Version-ATpy-0.9.5.1-1.fc15.noarch


How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
# yum install ATpy
  
Actual results:
ATpy is installed and pyfits is not installed

Expected results:
pyfits is installed as a dependency

Well, in ATpy's requirements pyfits is regarded as optional, being numpy the only hard requirement.
