There is an ABI bump with libmatroska, so I'm not updating in branches.
That be said that should be silent in fedora as the only package using it is mkvtoolnix (updated to latest at the same time).

VLC (from rpmfusion) also seems to be using it, so I'd rather not update it on stable branches (I haven't checked though if there are any important fixes that could warrant such an update).

Yep, I used to maintain vlc there ;)
I plan to rebuild vlc on the next rawhide push.
