Description Ivan Stojmirov 2011-06-27 11:24:12 UTC
Description of problem:

On the 20th of April, Jiri Pecanec <jpechane> reported to InfoSec about a suspicious email which he received without doing any activity in Issue Tracker. After discussing with Vikas Kumar from AMS we realised that this is obviously not a security issue but more like a bug or incorrect setting in Issue Tracker.
Vikas confirmed that the request for a company name change initiated the outgoing notification but was not able to figure out why exactly the notification was sent to jpechane.
