Description of problem:
After a default F15 install, selecting a US International keyboard,
I end up unable to type single or double quotes, backticks or tildes.
The keys that should do so return the keysyms dead_acute, dead_diaresis,
dead_grave and dead_tilde respectively

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install F15
2. Select US International keyboard
3. Unable to type common ASCII characters

Additional info:
I´m not sure if this should be an anaconda bug, but I can´t
find anything more appropriate to log it against.

Hmmm... OK, it seems the US Internation key layout doesn't let you type
these characters by default, so it was my fault for selecting it at
install time.
