Are you talking about "System Settings", and then clicking on "Printers"? Can you please say which buttons you press? Is this a network printer? Thanks for email. No not a network Printer.Procedure is:- Enter Systems settings, enter printers screen, unlock, enter password, click on + sign, system searches for printer under local, finds iP4300 (Canon) printer, click on add, flash screen headed querying comes up for 1 second, add screen clears itself, goes back to Printers screen with no printer added.
